I have a set of headlight that will fit your 95 to 99 legacy for sale.
They don't have the amber bulb or base. You'll need to source that.

The good:
* They have a level in them for superior aiming.
* They come with an extra bulb.
* They work
* I have an extra bulb I'll throw in
The bad:
* They are a bit fogged up on the outside from age, but can be easily buffed. I did it to the lights on my OBW and they're clear as new.
*The connector on the driver's side is a little melted but works, the one on the passenger side has been replaced. The replacement is a few dollars at napa, I'll grab one for you if you want.
* The outer top mount on the driver's side is glued on. It was broken when an idiot mechanic improperly unloaded it from a tow truck and bent the frame.
