99 Legacy Wagon 2.2 - Cali - Need air cleaner & headlights

I have a 99 Legacy Wagon "Brighton" 2.2 with the California Emisisons setup ...

It won't pass inspection with the current, faded, headlights -- previous owner also replaced the pass headlight & turn with a one-piece from a different year or model. So, I'm looking for inexpensive replacements that aren't faded, either new (if you can point me the right way) or used.

Also! Most of the air cleaner assembly is missing. Here's what it looks like ...

wondering if anyone has an old assembly to get rid of, or knows a yard that might have one, or other suggestions ...

This car has a couple other problems I am working on, may ask for help if I get stuck.

 
Luckily there is an air filter on the box that comes off the throttle body, so it is still getting filtered air. I'm sure someone can help out with these parts.

 
Intake is fine like bratman said, you shouldn't fail inspection for missing intake pieces that are just plastic doodads. Get a 3m headlight kit and just buff those lights.

 
I probably should have mentioned that the wrong-replacement light is also cracked and has to be replaced anyway, so I figured on just replacing the lights to avoid the issue.

Thanks for advice on the air cleaner, I had thought there was some MAF sensor in the other parts that are missing. What's the bucket/container under it for?
