I made sure to replace them. The ones on the engine were wicked gritty feeling.

And my car is currently floating. Need to fix the clutch release bearing. The ACT bearing I put in keeps allowing the retainer clip to fall off when I engage the clutch. Clutch no worky.

Ordered a new OEM release bearing instead:

So a couple months ago a replaced my tranny dipstick being that half of the dipstick was missing. Draining my tranny fluid day, I found the missing pieces......You can actually still read the "low" level indicator on one of the pieces.

So my clutch works again!!

I found that the throwout bearing retainer clip had broke, allowing the clutch fork to pull the throwout bearing back, but it wouldn't retract.
