I have a 2002 RS. Would I have to buy extra stuff to mount this, or would it just bolt on?

I believe the only thing you might need to buy is a couple bushings. I don't see why you could not use your stock brackets as long as you get new bushings...which should be pretty inexpensive from cobb.
