Epic fail thread (WORK SAFE)

So I'm watching Family Guy repeats on Fox late night, its the episode where Peter gets his moustache burned off saving the owener of a burger chain and gets a lifetime supply of free burgers. He then proceeds to eat 30 of them and has a stroke. Immediately after the part where he receives a diagnosis from the doctor, they cut to a friggin BIG MAC commercial. The name of the episode is "McStroke" and they play a McD's ad immediately following the stroke part. Wow ... who decides the placement on these ads?

My guess from the picture is they were coming around a corner or something and clipped one of those high side rail things and that tipped it.

 
Given the lack of reaction on most of the crowds faces, I would say they haven't had enough time to react. With that being the case, if not much time has elapsed and the car is already almost at a 45 degree angle and dirt is flinging in the direction of the roll, I would say they are screwwwwwwwwwwwwed!
