OK, I have a 2005 Legacy GT 5 Speed. Just did a full short block replacement. Car runs great, Idle's perfect, no overheating issues. Also replaced the clutch disc. Turbo only has about 6000 miles on it and everything is tight on it. So when you get on the throttle it is reading the stock 11 psi however theres no real power gain. Just feels like a naturally aspirated motor. Did a pressure test no boost leaks anywhere. RPM's gain like normal not to fast or eratic. Everything and is spooling fine. Reset ECU and still the same thing. I have recently read that it could be the cat on the downpipe is clogged. Just looking to see if this makes sense before purchasing a high flow cat. Also any suggestions about this would be great. Thanks again!
