hey everyone, just thought id finally say hi. ive been reading up for my new car purchase. geting a 09 swp wrx premium. its been a long painful process. i started at patriot around the beginning of june and got a good deal or so i thought, then checked around and ocean beat them by $1000! naturally i want the only color that is not in new england, so they went to new jersey to get me the only one in nj (nj and i dont get along at all) and when they get there to trade cars, the driver checks the other car over and can see the rear end has been repainted! it was in an accident or something!

so then they try calling 2 places in ny, one is out of buisness and the other wont call back. so anyway they secured one of the last 2 swp premiums comming to new england for me. it just hit the port and we hope it will be here before the end of the month so i can get the 0% finacing thay have right now.

sounds like a headache, but welcome aboard, hopefully we see you and the rex at one of the meets

welcome i bought my sti at ocean subaru also. hate to say it but you kind of got taken. they sold me my 09 sti with 750 worth of extras for just over 33k. is it to late to get a sti??

but welcome aboard anyway

you looking for a hatch???? cause evergreen subaru has a SWP sedan sitting in their lot. might check it out and see what they can do for you. tell them mainely subarus sent you.

sorry what i ment was $26,500 plus $2600 options at cost, so around $28,100. so if i got a sti with those options id be looking at 34k which = 6k difference and about $120 a month. my payment is already going to be $350-$400 depending on how much i put down

trust me ive thought about it, but i also want to get a house in the fall so the less of a car payment i have the better. $450-$500 a month plus a mortgage is too scary

trust me i love the sti but cant justify the price vs performance, the only thing that really sucks is the wheel issues. i would literally kill for 18'' TE37 time attacks, but not going to run a hub conversion

well 40 more hp isn't anything to sneeze at nto to mention the 6 speed as well as the ability to control your center diff and engine performance via si drive. while there isn't a monster differnce performance wise cosmetic wise its huge. hell the sti gauge pod alone is 500 dollars
