New rule out on hid's. Aftermarket ones are a instant fail on inspections starting 2014.

This is on cars not equipped with hid's from factory.

More than likely but everyone just switches them out before. Don't forget tinted tai lights are also a failure now.

09 outback came stock with rear Windows tinted.I think it's 20% as well.

You can tint the windows behind the drivers door as dark as you want.

Can anyone private message me a good place in cumberland county to get an inspection? My wrx is "fairly" modified but I have a catted midpipe for the aftermarket exhaust for inspection time. Car passes readiness and all that (protune) but a place that doesn't look under the car or use a "sniffer" would be ideal.. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
