need help

I have a 95' Subaru Impreza L, and I need help with it. I don't know where to start with it. It has a couple problems but they can be fixed I just need someone that can come and look at the car and see if they can help me or give me some advice on how to fix it. I don't have money that can just be thrown around and I start college in January so I need it fixed by the time snow hits the ground. I just need a experts help, just for a few hours if possible, because my friends have tried helping but they have other things to do.

umm.. well i have a rear break problem i have all the parts to get it fixed but one drum and a wheel cylinder on one side and the fender is rusted a little on the bottom and i can't figure out why my fuel gauge won't work other then that nothing i have the old filler pipe off because it had a hole in it but i have to yet get the new one on

hey i know i just signed up so im new but i was told they there are a lot of good people on here so i hoped and paryed that some one could help a kid out like me my car just need a few subaru people that really know what they are doing my car isent hope less its just i don't have the money ot pay for the parts and get it fixed in a gerage so i have been doing a lot of it my self and with a few friends but i need to get it done before the snow hits so im trying to find people who might want to come help a kid out

i got the filler pipe off with out a lift and i have a 10ton jack to get it up all i have do is get the new filler pipe on and change the drums and get the other one so i can get that one on i have both sets of shoes so i can put them in as well

 
well tuesday im doing nothing i have another friend coming to help me out we are putting on the new fillerpipe and hopefully looking at the other drum tuesday anytime i live right behind key bank there is a big apartment complex and i live in apt 17 thanks so much i will be there all day to work on it i jsut hope its a good day to work thanks so much i can not thank you guys enough
