Get aftermarket 17's if you don't like anything OEM used.
For dedicated summer tires, if you're cheap, get Hankook RS3s, they're a great budget summer. If you have more to spend get Dunlop Direzza Star Specs. They discontinued the Bridgestone RE01R so people need to stop recommending them. Their successor is the RE11, which for the price/performance, you might as well just get Star Specs unless you want to spend more money. Granted I only know pricing for 205/55R16 so your millage may vary with 17s.

As for rims, you can get fake wheels like Rota or XXR, but I'd personally go for something nicer. A bunch of people may jump down my throat about fake rims, they're fine if you garage your call all the time and only drive it to wicked big meet and back or whatever, but that's not how I roll. I play hard with my cars.
If it were me I'd be going for 17 inch Enkie RPF1s with Star Specs, nice light rim with good rubber. There's a ton of other rim choices, and I'm just starting to look into aftermarket after running OEM 16s on all my cars for years, so I may not be the best person to ask.
