I emailed the seller and they said this..

No check engine light.  An oxygen sensor was replaced at 130,000 miles.  No timing belt either, but the serpentine drive belts were replaced at 100,000.  The exhaust sounds loud and my best guess is that there is a problem somewhere between the exhaust manifold and the catalytic converter.  To pass inspection it will also need new windshield wiper blades.  There is no rust.  Blue book priced the car at 5,500 in fair condition.  It has been a very reliable car for us with no major issues, and it has been great in the snow.  Cosmetically, it has some scrapes and dings and wear and tear on the seats.  It has been in one accident where a deer hit the front left panel of the car, and the insurance company replaced the hood and headlight.  I have been the only owner of the vehicle.

Seems like a good deal, wish I had some cash
