Just found out about the 'Waze' gps app for android/iOS.
It doesn't seem to be as precise as gmaps but more social and fun in a way. It's free to download and use.
Allows each users to see each other via the map and adds a real-time aspect that is pretty neat... etc... more info here: http://www.waze.com/
The reason I bring it up is, as nerd as I can be, It would be really neat to see who else on mainely uses the app and since the app allows you to spot each other, it'd be kinda fun to do so. And like a 'mainelysubaru' group could be created..
The only potential drawback is that you have to 'enable it' and runs in the background... ie, it'll probably suck your battery if you forget to turn it off once you leave your car or don't plug your phone in all-the-time... Not a major issue since always plug my phone in my car, but still...
SO who's on the wazer band wagon?! Post here with your nick!
