welding Ti to SS?

the canister on my exhaust is stainless steel but the tip is Ti.

TXS just pop rivets it on and it rattles.

I'd like to have a decent weld around it and then get some coating done.

braze it. or bring it somewhere. but that will discolor your tip and canister. I am not sure if that is something that you hold near and dear.

Color isn't an issue since I'd be coating the whole thing afterwards, anyways.

More rivets? You can never have too many rivets.

Consider monel or stainless steel rivets.

maybe score it up and put some jb weld along the seam that rattles?

superglue... or call txs and tell them that it sucks and you want it fixed.
