I myself just seen this post....   It was registered as an Antique.. No Inspection required..

I have an Black RS Bumper, but it's not the one with the lights, its the older style/OBS style...  even has a cool little 25RS badge on it..  

I have one sitting in my garage right now, highish miles, needs center diff (I bought it for the center diff)  far as I know, gears are all good.... 

I read post like this and almost feel bad about hording all of these Legacy rims.....almost..
