4.44 R160 lsd rear diff

Hey everyone Im in need of a 4.44 rear diff like the title states. they came in these cars:

5MT XT - 4.44 LSD
4EAT XT (MY04/05) - 4.44 LSD
4EAT XS - 4.44 LSD (only up to 05)
4EAT LL Bean - 4.44 LSD (only up to 05)

does anyone have one or know where I can pull one off of a car?

Car needs a diff already.

Automatic outbacks, legacy GTs, and foresters have a 4.44 diff. So pretty much any junkyard will have one of those.

Yea matt its starting to hum at highway speeds and I just want to replace it before it gets to bad. Theres just so much misinformation out there about which car has which. I dont know whats right lol

The cars I know have them are 97-04 outbacks, legacy GTs, and foresters with an automatic transmission have 4.44 rear ends. I don't know about outbacks and stuff with the 6 cylinder and/or VDC, but I know the 4 cylinder ones do. I put an outback diff in my legacy GT, both autos, and it worked great. Because they're both 4.44.
