It is a Bomz racing underdrive/lightweight pulley. I used it way back when I had my 97 Impreza. I never had any issues when I ran it, I just took it off before I got rid of the car. One of the belts will need to be replaced, but I saved both of them so I would have the part numbers.

No, it uses shorter belts. You will only need to buy one, one of the belts I have for it is good, and the other will need to be replaced, but as I said, I have the old one so you will be able to get the correct one from the parts store.

 
cool,do you have any or know anyone who might have an upgraded rear sway I could swindle as well? Mine's pooched from the "incident" and if I'm swapping out,I might as well upgrade.
