Pulled from my 04 wrx. turbo has slight oil leak. 140k miles.  $300obo.  want them gone.

i recently had a turbo back installed professionaly and since ive had a leak.   ive tried tightening the bolts on the up and down pipe and its still has a leak.  would the lack of an egt sensor have anything to do with it? or bad gaskets?

something happened while installing hid kit because now the only way i can get my hid to come on is by turning high beams on.  any solution?
