I am a day or so away from bottling their Java stout recipe.

I think I am going to attempt a Red Rye IPA.

Had a couple IPAs today.  Guess I didn't wait long enough on the first ones I tried.  Today's were great!  I was going to flip them but after having a few I've determined they are nearly perfect.  Good carbonation, smell, taste, ABV.  Only thing I'd do different is add some Irish moss next time.  Its still cloudy.

Irish Rye IPA sounds wicked good.  I was leaning towards a stout but my IPA turned out so good i might try another IPA.  Decisions decisions.

The stouts seem to come out well.  I have two in fermentation now.  I'll let you know how they come out.

I'm falling behind.  Everyone is doing two batches.  I need more bottles.  I just tried a friend's all scratch ingredient brew.  Wicked clear, good grain bitter.  He's already starting batch 3 & 4 for 2013.  I'm still conditioning batch 1 with empty carboys.  I suck.
