Ya that the manufacturer date which anything from 6/98-5/99 means its a 99 and manufacturers date and model year are to diff. Things just so you know for the time cause it can get confusing LOL

That I knew, but for some reason I remember reading the build date as late 97... then again we looked at 10 different Legacys, Imprezas, and that FOZ. SO MANY CARS IN THERE!!
