hmm am i reading that dyn right your only putting down mid 200 hp to thw wheels with all that work??
mustang dyno... your car would prob be low to mid 200's...

a stock rex is like 170-180 and a stock sti is about 225-250 on a mustang if I remember correctly. His car is as fast if not faster then a stock sti.

300 hp (factory rated) is not the same as whp ratings. On a scaled dyno he would prob make 280-300whp.

I would say prob a lil faster just not as raw feeling.

THis car is very nice to ride in.... it is clean... it is quick. It handles smooth and rides smooth. It has smooth power and would beat most sti's. Fun car that is faster then you think.

Again it isn't raw power that the sti has (the jerks and burps) it is smooth and makes a much better daily driver.

Def a nice car. He told me he was selling it the other day at lunch and I told him NO... Put a 2jz in it and make it rwd.

Total blind side!!!!

Phil's car will, quite easily, beat an OEM '09 STi.

(His tune, from ESP is Conservative, as well-More power is there, just add meth!)

Fwiw, Mustang Dynos read PAINFULLY low, but once you're "used" to it, it's really not that big a deal.

Dynos are a tuning tool, not a testosterone generator.

An OEM STi typically produces 225WHP, from what DSG and ESP have told me.

When modifying a car, figure $100 per HP over stock, & plan accordingly.

Phil's car is clean, straight, & more than worth what he's asking.
