AWD 5spd with recently replaced clutch

EJ22 runs great
rust repaired over rear arches
inspection sticker just expired in september, should take a new sticker easily
magnaflow exhaust
kinda rough cosmetically but mostly rust free.

the car would make an awesome winter rig. awd with snow tires. great on gas. reliable. heat works great. A/C has had the belt removed.
