I ****ing just dont believe that soa will not cover it under warranty, even since its a broken/defective product. It was installed in the incorrect chassis and the warranty Will NOT be warranted. So unfortuantely, i dont want to deal with them. **** them, car is for sale AS IS. I will take minor trades plus cash if the car doesn't sell in 1 week. If i dont sell it by mid sept its going for a part out.
The car is currently at Subaru of Nashua if anyone wants to see it. Broke a connecting rod in the brand new shorblock just after the break in period.
So needless to say, car is up for sale.

Things that need to be fixed as of now.
The motor obviously
Throwing 3 codes:
needs a new crankshaft positioning sensor
Rear O2 sensor which is included in the sale
Fuel gauge is not working, part is also included.
Rust on both sides of rear fenders in that common spot.
And could really use a paint job on several panels.
New block with gaskets will cost $2k + labor which i did budget into the price i have listed.
I am asking $7000 the car as is. Transmission is Brand new, literally. I picked it up from the installer last week, put about 175 miles on it and the motor broke. Im not looking for low ballers but i would negotiate a price if needed.
Picked up prefered, but shipping is an option if buyer covers all costs.
